How to Pay from Outside India
Follow these simple steps to recharge your OTT services using international payment methods. Available on both mobile apps and websites.
Using PaySend
Available on:

Create Your PaySend Account
Visit paysend.com or download the PaySend mobile app from your app store.
Click "Sign Up" and create your account using your email address and a secure password.
Complete the verification process as required by PaySend.

Add Your Payment Method
Go to your account settings and add your credit card, debit card, or bank account.
Verify your payment method as instructed by PaySend.
Important
Make sure your payment method supports international transfers.

Start a New Transfer to India
Click "Send Money" and select India as the destination country.
Choose the amount you want to send in your local currency.
Select "Bank Transfer" as the sending method.
Currency Note
If your currency doesn't show in the app, choose US Dollars ($) as it's the default method. Send us dollars if you're in any other country. Your amount will be deducted according to that, so don't worry if your currency doesn't show. It's not necessary to have your specific currency.

Fill in the following recipient information exactly as shown:

Review and Confirm
Double-check all the information you've entered.
Review the transfer fees and exchange rate.
Click "Send" to complete your payment.
Success Tip
Save the transaction reference number for your records.
Using Remitly
Available on:

Create Your Remitly Account
Visit remitly.com or download the Remitly app from your app store.
Click "Sign Up" and create your account with your email and password.
Complete the identity verification process as required.

Start Your Transfer to India
Click "Send Money" and select India as the destination.
Enter the amount you want to send.
Choose your preferred delivery method - select "Bank Transfer".
Currency Note
If your currency doesn't show in the app, choose US Dollars ($) as it's the default method. Send us dollars if you're in any other country. Your amount will be deducted according to that, so don't worry if your currency doesn't show. It's not necessary to have your specific currency.

Fill in your personal details as the sender.
Provide your address and contact information.
Select the purpose of transfer as "Personal support" or "Other".

Review and Send
Carefully review all the information for accuracy.
Check the transfer fees, exchange rate, and delivery time.
Add your payment method and complete the transfer.
Important
Save your transaction ID and tracking number for reference.
After Sending Payment
Once you've completed your payment through PaySend or Remitly, please contact us immediately with your transaction details.

To activate your OTT services quickly, please send us the following information via WhatsApp:
- Your full name
- Payment method used (PaySend or Remitly)
- Transaction ID/Reference number
- Amount sent
- Which OTT service you want to recharge
