Digital Product Policy

Please be aware that OTT recharges and subscriptions are digital products. Once a recharge is processed and the credentials are sent to the OTT service provider, the transaction is considered final.

1. No Refunds for Successful Recharges

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or cancellations for recharges that have been successfully processed and credited to your OTT account. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the correct OTT platform, plan, and account details (e.g., Registered Mobile Number/Email ID) are entered before confirming the payment.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Transaction: If you have been charged twice for the same recharge.

  • Failed Transaction: If your payment was processed but the recharge was not successfully delivered to your OTT account within 24 hours. In this case, you must contact our support team with valid proof.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible case, you must contact our customer support team at support@ottrecharge.com from your registered email address and provide the following details:

  • Transaction ID

  • Date and Time of Transaction

  • OTT Platform Name and Plan

  • Screenshot/Description of the Issue

Our team will investigate the issue with the OTT partner and process a refund if the claim is validated. The refund will be credited to the original source of payment within 7-10 business days for Indian users and 10-15 business days for international users.
