• Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Transactions and Payments

• All recharges and transactions made through the Site are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective OTT service providers.
• Prices for OTT recharges are subject to change without notice. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) for domestic transactions and will be converted to local currency for international transactions at the prevailing exchange rate.
• We use third-party payment processors. You agree to their terms and conditions when you make a payment.
• Recharge Delivery: OTT recharge credentials are typically delivered within 0 to 24 hours of successful payment. For instant activation and support, we recommend contacting our WhatsApp support.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of OTT Recharge Pvt. Ltd. and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall ottrecharge.com, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
